Try: Frozen yogurt with toppings of your choice! I tried strawberry and vanilla in a small cup with strawberries and granola - yum!

Why: Delicious and massive! A small is enough for 2-3 people to share. I appreciate that they put the topping in layers, in between the froyo.

Notes: Froyo is massive so make sure you get enough napkins or it will melt on your hands! It's on the 8th floor of Bloomingdales. Bathroom is part of the mall around the corner from restaurant. Clean restaurant with a dine-in area.

Outstanding! Wow. Delicious yogurt and other frozen treats, in a spot tucked inside of the massive Bloomingdales on Lexington Ave. The spot has a world of smoothie combinations (including the one I chose which contained bananas, peanut butter and greek yogurt) plus ice cream sundaes.

The line was quite line when we arrived (20 people deep) but we were helped by the cashier in less than 10 minutes. For those sitting inside their cafe, you can see how well designed their dishes look. It seemed like the perfect getaway from a stressful shopping experience within the confines of Bloomingdales, and not one person seemed disappointed with their selection.

Their toppings bar is also extensive. Has enough glass protection to protect strangers from contaminating it, and servers certainly do not hold back heaping your ice cream with toppings. Go big or go home..

Highly recommended, and will return here again soon!

I was hiding out in Bloomingdales after an eye appointment.  I think Forty Carrots is an example of what I call high/low cuisine that I think is trendy in New York these days.  By high/low I mean the extremes of super healthy and super junky.  I mean where else can you eat avocado toast and ice cream for breakfast, together?  That's 40 carrots' shtick.

Indeed, I ordered the avocado toast and while it was healthy and tasty I was super impressed by it because the avocado was more like guacamole than fresh avocado.  I chose the cranberry bread because I like sweet/savory combos and enjoyed my poached eggs.

I got the soft serve add-on and the peanut butter was excellent.  I was pleasantly surprised that it stayed wonderful all the way down to the last lick.

I'd say go here for the ice cream, not the food.

And then, I got hungry again not long after I ate here.

The menu is varied, the salads so tasty! Save room for the frozen yogurt though
So delicious. Would be a good idea to add additional topping choices. Very limited

I love Forty Carrots ice cream. My fiancé and I stopped in for ice cream after our registry appointment in Bloomingdales. The flavor of the day was butter pecan and it was delicious. For the price you're paying you get SOOO much!
Everything was great except for that the lady at the register had a nasty attitude and told me I am not allowed to take pictures of my ice cream. Uhm, what?
